Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 3 to 5 business days following your order confirmation. Tracking may take a few additional days to update once the package is in transit. If you have not received any tracking information after 7 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders destined for Canada and the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by local authorities. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions on this matter.
Delivery Issues
Packages are shipped and managed by our partner supplier. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we invite you to contact the carrier responsible for your delivery directly using the tracking number provided. We are unable to handle claims related to lost or damaged packages, as shipment management is entirely handled by our logistics partner. Incorrect Address
